PSA: if you have student loans you should know about 2 programs: Income Based Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness. If you teach and the university or college you work for is a non-profit (most are, even private univ.) you qualify. #studentloans #highereducation

Today I was surprised to learn my colleagues in my own dept. didn't know about this program, or if they did, they assumed that with our institution being a private univ. that we could not take advantage of this program.
