This is Chad Eberle, a reserve police officer in Texas. Chad has a child with a Mexican woman, and they were in a custody dispute. Chad drove into Mexico and killed three people in relation to this dispute, as well as shooting the mother in the head. He was arrested trying to cross back into Texas with his son. This story hasn't gotten much traction, but we all know that if a Mexican man came to America and did this, it would be on a 24 hour loop on Fox News.

An Ohio dad who HUNTED DOWN his 11-year-old daughter's r*pist...

...is sitting in jail on a HIGHER bond than the man who r*ped his 11-year-old daughter AND AN INFANT.

Yes, you read that right... the FATHER has a higher bond than the man who r*ped his daughter.

It began when a mother in Grove City Ohio picked up her daughter's phone and found a video.

A grown man s*xually assaulting her 11-year-old little girl, inside their OWN HOME.

His name is Diego Montoya Gonzalez, he is 20 years old.

The next day, that little girl's father lured the man back to the apartment by posing as his daughter on TikTok.

He got Gonzalez to come back to the apartment.

He told police the plan was to hold him there, beat him up and then call the cops.

When Gonzalez walked in, he reached for his pocket.

The father (who had already watched this man flash a gun in a TikTok video) then sh0t him.

Gonzalez lived. He ran. Police found him slumped in a chair with two gunshot wounds.

Police found multiple videos on his phone of children being abused... one of them was an INFANT.

Now here is the part that should make every parent in America sick.

The alleged child r*pist's bond? $70,000.

The FATHER who tried to protect his baby girl $100,000.

The dad is being held on a HIGHER bond than the monster who hurt his child.

Let that sink in.

A man films himself abusing babies… and a judge hands him a CHEAPER ticket out of jail than the father who snapped trying to defend his own daughter.

No broad public posting. Limited space. Private residence.

Denver Health is a close institutional partner with the Mayor’s office on housing, shelter, and health-funding initiatives AND a direct beneficiary of related bonds and measures. 💰

Jeffcom 911 just blocked me from its official government Facebook page after I criticized its public warning about Jefferson County Dispatch.

That is not a small thing.

Government agencies do not get to use social media as an official public communications channel, invite the public into that space, and then silence people simply because they dislike criticism or opposing viewpoints.

I have preserved the screenshots, the timing, the public post and the block.

Whether Jeffcom 911 understands it yet or not, this raises a serious First Amendment issue.

Public agencies are not above the Constitution.

They do not get to decide that free speech only applies when the speech is flattering.

They wanted to make Jefferson County Dispatch a public issue.

Now they have.
