Our nation has seen endless wars for decades, but those wars have always been “over there.”  A NUCLEAR WAR would not be like that.  
As President Kennedy explained, “[War] makes no sense in an age when the deadly poisons produced by a NUCLEAR EXCHANGE would be carried by wind and water and soil and seed to the far corners of the globe and to generations yet unborn.”

It is time for our leaders to control their emotions.  It is time to guard our tongues.  It is time to show respect to our adversaries as well as our friends.  If we behave with respect, perhaps then we could find a way forward in order to achieve PEACE with our adversaries.

Today in 2025, the US population is 347 million. 73 million of that is adults over age 65 (roughly 20%)

I just don’t see a long term demand case for a large portion of our housing stock

Much of what we have built and is currently occupied by those aging in place are McMansions in nice suburban public school districts

Young people are fewer than before, not marrying as often, and not having many kids

The ones that do marry and have kids are increasingly homeschooling or looking for private schooling options—so big homes in public school districts with high property taxes aren’t a draw

The only logical demand case for these proprieties is multigenerational immigrant families. In fact, that’s much of who has been buying in recent years

But policy is shifting away from immigration—both legal and illegal

So what now?
