Considering the appeal of representatives of Armenians in Garabagh region of #Azerbaijan, a decision has been made to stop local counter-terrorism measures as of 13:00 hours today under following terms:

1. Armed forces of Armenia stationed in Garabagh & illegal armed groups lay down their arms, withdraw from their battle positions & military outposts and are subjected to complete disarmament. The formations of Armenia’s armed forces leave the territory of Azerbaijan and illegal Armenian groups are disbanded.

2. Simultaneously, all the ammunition and heavy military equipment is handed over.

Also upon the invitation by Baku a meeting will take place tomorrow in Yevlakh with representatives of Armenians living in Garabagh, to discuss the reintegration of Armenians under the 🇦🇿 Constitution.
