A Polish podcast called "Rock i Borys" (with almost 1.5 million YouTube subscribers) claims to have received information from sources close to Rockstar Games suggesting GTA 6 will feature two graphics modes.
According to the podcast, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions will offer a choice between 30 FPS and 60 FPS, likely corresponding to the Quality and Performance modes players have come to expect.
For Xbox Series S, they claim the game will initially be locked to 30 FPS, although Rockstar is reportedly working closely with Microsoft engineers to improve performance.
They also suggest Rockstar hasn't announced this publicly because a 60 FPS mode may not be ready for launch and could instead arrive in a post-release update.
As always, none of this has been officially confirmed by Rockstar. However, GTA 6 does carry the "PS5 Pro Enhanced" label on the PlayStation Store, indicating the game will include additional graphics or performance enhancements on Sony's premium console. While that doesn't confirm these specific claims, they certainly wouldn't come as a huge surprise if they turned out to be true.
