i’ve realized that i lose more weight when i eat small snacks throughout the day instead of fasting all day. fasting makes my body hold onto water weight and then i almost always end up binging

Volume eating is a scam bcuz it just trains u to crave & expect more food in your stomach, so when u do get a normally portioned meal, u aren’t satisfied even when you’re supposed to be
ballet teacher told me tn that my body was very flexible and malleable and “soft.” the “soft” comment fucked me up. cause like are you trying to compliment my flexibility or tell me that i’m fat omg😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
going out to the bars is the most insane thinspo always. the dolls and divas don’t have to consciously suck in all night☹️ and they get to wear the sluttiest tiniest little tops and skirts and look SO TEA it’s NOT FAIR i need to LOCK IN
