Swol’s NEW CHEESY Onside is BROKEN in Madden 26 🤯🔥

If you’re not using this right now, you’re leaving free possessions on the table.

This setup lets you drop the ball into a spot the hands team literally can’t react to.

How it works:
By subbing in an out of position player at KOS, their low kick power allows you to put the ball *just* beyond the 10 yard minimum but away from the receiving unit.

How to do it:
1���⃣ Go to depth chart & sub in a 40–70 KPW player at Kickoff Specialist
2️⃣ Call Strong Onside
3️⃣ Click High Kick + Aim all the way RIGHT
4️⃣ Hit accuracy all the way LEFT
5️⃣ Use LOW power (below first 2 arrows — lower KPW = slightly more power needed)

The ball pops up inside and your team almost always gets first touch before the receiving unit.

TRENDING: My Best Direct Snap Defense In Madden 26

Playbook: Chiefs
Formation: Dime 32
Play: Cover 4 Drop

*Close and pinch*

1. Pinch the dline
2. Blitz all LB's
3. Shade coverage down
4. User the safety on weak side
5. Optional: Move the slot DB inside of the slot WR or even outside

We move pinch the dline and blitz the LB's to cage the inside run.

Shading the coverage down will help the slot DB's shoot down to the LOS.

And run defense is a numbers game.

Since there's 3 wr's to one side I bring my safety from the weak side over.

If you watch me playing over on twitch . tv / ManuGinobili987 or on Youtube at "Manu":

You'll see me manually move defenders around A LOT vs heavy runners and that's why.

You want more defenders to the side they're running than they have blockers.

Also cover 4 is a good base D vs runners because safeties are in "run fits".

Meaning they're designed to play the run first.

Now I'm not going to claim this is the best direct snap D in the world 😂.

(Not sure what is)

But it helped me come back from down 21 in guanlet vs someone w/ x factors + speed boosting.

And was able to stop it for minimal yards several times in key moments after having 0 chance at all.

Also you will need to be clicking on and DIVING at the ballcarrier too as the CPU pursuit is awful

Playbook: Chiefs
Form: Dime 32
Play: Cover 4 Drop
Shell: Cover 2 Man

♟️Defensive Setup 1 ♟️

1. Man up the LB on left of screen to the B/circle WR
2. Hard flat the slot DB off the line
3. Optional: Seam flat the curl flat

(Seam flats do a better job of getting to the sideline to stop stem down corners)

You always have to ask yourself:

What's the top threats in this form?

RPO is a go-to play for many so that's the 1st thing you must be able to stop.

I like this setup because LB's manned up on RPO's do a great job of defending the bubble.

But you must also click on and dive tackle to stop the bubble for ~0 yards.

Then I hard flat the slot DB b/c many start with a TE drag going right to left + a stem down corner.

Essentially they'll overload the strong side with WR's so I'll double flat the strong side.

(Double flat = 2 flat zones on same side of field at DIFFERENT depths)

But this can be EASILY countered if they call a play like...

♟️Offensive Counter #1 ♟️

I actually played someone passing 90%+ of the game out of bunch TE.

(Game will be up on my personal Youtube - "Manu")

But he did this play:

-Inside Switch

1. Return route triangle/Y
2. Streak tight end

It perfectly countered my 1st defense b/c I was trading out a hook for a hard flat.

And obviously the return route ran into the space where my hook used to be.

Then I still had to user the post b/c it gets under deep blues and over hooks.

So I countered by...

Play is still: Cover 4 drop
New shell: Cover 2

Setup.
1. Stock AF

Why no loop? No nothing?

Now vs a form like Bunch X Nasty I do like to man up people.

B/c it actually has the ability to attack all 16 Spaces on field.

But the problem with Bunch TE is it can't attack 1 of the higher spaces on field vs. Cover 4.

Even if you streak the TE it'll clear the Strong Safety but not the outside DB on TE side.

So when I play a form that structurally fails to attack certain spaces I'll send 2 and 3 a lot more than usual.

Since Bunch TE, no matter how good you are in it, will be reliant on attacking underneath spaces.

So I don't want to give up those underneath spaces by blitzing an extra guy.

Once you master the underlying structure of the game or the 16 Spaces System:

It'll become intuitive to you as to what adjustments to do on the fly.

(And the pass rush abilities are INSANE right now so I let the front 3 do their thing)

But since I shifted to a Cover 2 shell instead of 2 man shell mid-game...

My opponent could of started RPO'ing me again.

Then I would of had to trade out a hook for a man up.

Then Inside Switch would of killed me again.

That's the chess match.
