@wcwcrowbar As a guy who retired with spinal stenosis I can say that my neck was always worse after bridging. Always. I could feel the compression doing damage
“The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today.” ~ Nolan Bushnell
IMPACT is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Jay Briscoe. Jay will always be remembered as a trailblazer who, with his brother Mark, left it in the ring every night. We send our sincere condolences to his family, who he loved beyond words, as well as his friends and fans.
Gracias to those in attendance yesterday to hear me officially retire. Unfortunately my neck is no longer able to withstand the punishment. I was truly humbled by the words of @deandraven and the support from everyone at @wsdojo. There are no regrets, just treasured memories 🙏
