Ancient Delphi’s wisest words: 'Nothing in excess.'
From Greeks to Stoics to thinkers across cultures, the message is clear — extremes destroy balance, whether in spending, speech, power, or ideology. We see it in ballooning national debt, toxic online discourse, and policy whiplash. Real progress comes from disciplined moderation and mutual respect. Let’s reclaim the wisdom of the ages: steady hands build lasting nations. What excess are we tolerating too much right now? #NothingInExcess #AncientWisdom #CenteredAmerica
Respecting all of those who wish to coexist in peace is a Christian thing to do?
Leviticus 19:34 - says to respect the foreigner in your land (often represented by different religion
Good Samaritan Luke 10 - The Jews and Samaritans had a nasty religious fued, yet Jesus made the heretical Samaritan the hero in his story. Showing that justice, mercy and faith is more important.
Here are some Clear commands regarding Jesus's call to coexistence:
1 Peter 3:15 - "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect."
Romans 12:18 - If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."
You should have no other God's before Jesus. You should serve only One master. And that master calls you to respect and coexist peacefully with others
@_GirlSay Doesn't it also mean when a woman knows a guy is interested but remains friends for favors?
Never understood the concept though. I've never had much romantic interest in women not interested in me. No sense to invest if not mutual
The dangers of pulling too far left or too far right: Humanity is like a drunk man on a horse, as Martin Luther observed. Fall off one side, climb back up determined not to repeat it... and tumble straight off the other.
We’ve seen it in history and today—extremes breed chaos, division, and injustice. True strength is in the balanced middle: Faith guiding reason, unity over tribalism, justice with mercy.
Let’s reject the ditches. Build a path of wisdom, truth, and peace for America. What’s one way we can stay centered in these polarized times? #Unity #FaithOverExtremes
There are definitely some truth to that. As women are born beautiful, they have less drive to prove themselves. But I've also seen women work harder than men. Even in more masculine jobs, often because they have something to prove. I dont think laziness is very attractive and think sometimes laziness is confused with a submissive nature (which is very attractive to most men).
Altogether, I think men and women are becoming heavily against each other and we need to find ways to bridge the gap before our societies get worse. I believe seeking to understand others helps with that
Hi @VedicSoul, I'd love to know more about your thoughts.
You said: " 'Could be done' and 'is doing' are completely different worlds. " - What are we talking about? The numbered list I made or something else?
You said: "So many free women are already around the world, how much of them did?? Only very few." - Can you explain more? What isn't happening that should be?
@rsvpmee@oziiiay@Neccccy Nah I'm just here to understand the best I can and let truth shine in. And do what I can to build bridges and end as much hate as I can. Humanity is getting ready to implode on itself
