Students with Disabilities have always been discriminated in many affairs but this time around military has shown us how inclusive they are devilishly beating them whether on a wheelchair or clutches .Does it matter!! Imagine opening a deaf persons room and beating him to kill .
We should accept the fact that private universities use Makerere fees structure to determine their fees as well. If Makerere increases tuition to a tune of 2m on the cheapest course, how much will that go for at a Private University???
