Keith Haring used the New York subway as his personal laboratory between 1980 and 1985, drawing thousands of spontaneous images with white chalk on the matte black paper covering expired advertisements.
He often created these drawings in just a few minutes during a subway stop, and he viewed this process as a performance and a way to make art accessible to the general public, not just to galleries.
We have lost our minds.
A jury convicted Karmelo Anthony of murder for stabbing 17-year-old Austin Metcalf to death. Evidence was presented. Witnesses testified. Self-defense was rejected. He got 35 years.
That’s not a “legal lynching.” That’s justice.
Crying racism because the killer is Black and the victim was White doesn’t change the facts: actions have consequences.
Austin is dead. His family grieves. The system worked.
Stop excusing violence.

SpaceX isn’t trying to be a cash cow for the sake of making analysts happy
Advancing civilization on the Kardashev scale requires more $$$ than anyone can imagine, so necessarily SpaceX has to be a cash cow to make this possible
Big difference
I'm realizing (now that i've thought about this for a while) that my perspective is from that of a dad with an autistic son who needs relatively thorough explanation of what went wrong in this scenario to understand why the choice to throw the ball back is viewed by our baseball culture as incorrect.
A neurotypical kid on the other-hand... "welp, lesson learned the hard way buddy." and they get that, even if they are upset.
Anyway, here's the steak I cooked the other day...
@Starship717@DankSchwag@netflixsports I suppose you didn't see the apology I wrote a little while ago after some reflection on my response to him.
In short, I think you're right.
You know what... I shouldn't have told you not to have kids. My apologies. That part was wrong.

@DankSchwag@netflixsports Don't have kids dude. 🤦♂️
I would have at least said, "Nice throw buddy!"
That dad looked embarrassed to even be associated with those kids.
Talk to them, make it a learning experience. Explain that the ball is theirs to keep for next time. Good fathers set good examples.
