@Nestle getting an electrical wire in a sealed 20L gallon was a surprise but the bigger surprise is that I have been complaining about it for 2 weeks without a single response. Looks like your customer service is even worse than your manufacturing capability

@nestleme dears, I found an electrical cable inside Nestle 20 L water gallon I got delivered this week. I complaint to Nestle KSA twice and nothing happened!!!

@Saudi_Airlines خدمه العملاء سيئه،سته أسابيع منتظر عمل استرجاع لثمن تذكره ألغيتها و حتي الان لم يتم رد المبلغ مع العلم اني اكلمهم كل اسبوع للمتابعه. موظف خدمه العملاء يقول تم تسجيل طلب و سيقومون بالاتصال بك كل مره ولا احد يتصل. هل هذا مستوي الخدمه في شركه طيران كبيره مثل السعوديه

Very frustrated @TrendyolAR@Trendyol, worst customer service ever, paid for a coffee machine and after a month they delivered the wrong cheaper one then telling me we can’t ship you the right one, our system don’t have this option, seriously!!!!
@TrendyolAR worst customer service, unprofessional rude agents and most of all market discounts, takes your order and money, deliver after 5 weeks the wrong product (less value) then tell you you won’t get the right product, you can only refund. Big SCAM
