@JeromeHaegeli @swiss So there is need for Net zero mitigation as follows:At planning and budgeting level, this should be institutionalized as part of policy, countries should invest in vegetation cover as a natural remedy,then policy reforms can be made as a measure on controlling emissions.

@JeromeHaegeli @swiss First of all,I see a problem which is climate change that is as a result of emissions that can not be stopped drastically because of industrialization which is diversely affecting the world, bringing about several effects that are disastrous like floods and famine.
