Nearly 40% of projected farm profit this year will come from trade aid, disaster assistance, & federal subsidies.
Farm aid has now cost more than double the 2009 auto bailout.
Between whats left in the field & what grocers throw away, how in the hell can we know we need an additional 50% produced?

This is fundamentally an accounting & forecasting problem.
