• and advocate for an international arms embargo on Israel.

It would be offered up as evidence of their outrageous evil.
I doubt many media outlets will even cover this.
Ynet quotes anonymous Israel official calling the ICJ ruling “the best we could get… because South Africa failed in trying to stop the war… nothing practical prohibits us from anything we are doing. The hostilities will continue as usual”.
South Africa, the nation of Nelson Mandela, one of our greatest allies, has invoked the genocide convention and brought forth proceedings against Israel at the International Court of Justice. No one knows apartheid like those who fought it before. May Palestine too soon be free.
