What it means in simpler words:

- Paves way for banks to hold digital assets through Circle
- Major step towards compliance with GENIUS

HOWEVER

❌ No additional benefits for retail customers (as yet)
❌ More regulation → more regulatory compliance costs
❌ Trust charter is not a security measure against hacking
