@USCCFoundation Don't be afraid to jump in. Our networks are wide and national. The folks across the country who have gone before are there to support your new efforts. #tpmnetwork
@USCCFoundation Our educator partners are planning for new sections of pre-requisite courses; and adding nursing cohorts that are cooperatively taught by higher educators and practicing clinical educators (via accreditation standards).
@USCCFoundation How many times have you been to a meeting that ends in a discussion about the reasons employers can't find qualified workers? Never again. #tpm takes employer needs and elevates them to the education providers. Building a hiring pipeline is just the start...
@USCCFoundation You can start using TPM in a variety of ways... come to a webinar; come to a class in DC; join a hybrid live learning course; or take it online (e-learning). All these options make it possible to fit within your budget and schedule.
@USCCFoundation Vermont has over 180 employers engaged in TPM efforts in healthcare, construction and manufacturing. We also have partnered with Associated Builders and Contractors; and the Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center to go deeper into solutions that are authentically employer-led.
@USCCFoundation Did you know that any job can be apprentice-able? What it means is you can work - and get planned advancement training while you're working. It works for employers because it fills empty jobs with people who are willing and able to upskill to the next level.

@USCCFoundation Our partners are (in this order): the employers! the educators; state government agencies (commerce, labor, human services and education); industry associations. We LOVE our partners!

@BringerOfRain20 keep up your good intentions - when you lift players up, you lift all people up. When you tear one down, you’re tearing all your people down. You got this - good intentions!
Vermont Talent Pipeline has been generously supported by the Northern Borders Regional Commission since 2019. We thank NBRC for all they helped us accomplish! @NBRC_Team@USCCFoundation#TPMNetwork
