I called the redemption booking hotline three times and my call is always rerouted to the commercial hotline. The commercial hotline service operator keeps telling me they can’t handle redemption bookings
@SingaporeAir@staralliance 2) will get someone to call me. Firstly, if commercial team cannot make changes to redemption bookings, why is my call rerouted to them? What does SQ hope to achieve by rerouting the call to a department that cannot help with my request?
