Next year before you vote, make sure you visit your village clinic, then the hospital and finally your county referral hospital (if any).
If you can’t see yourself hospitalized or seeking treatment at any of them then please WANTAM to all elective seats!!! ☝🏿
🚨 Budapest now: 17 years of Orbán's rule ended tonight — in the streets. The man who shielded Netanyahu, blocked every EU resolution against the genocide in Gaza, opened his skies to an ICC-wanted fugitive… was brought down by his own people at the ballot box. A lesson to every tyrant: the chair is temporary. The people remain.
Pyrrhic victory. We don’t need state offices to advice the President, we supported him for two years on the road to victory. We can do it as an informal kitchen cabinet over breakfast every morning.
To my fellow Octagenarians. We have been preparing for an exam in Biology using a Literarure Text Book. The solidarity young people are giving to Content Creator Kaluma Boy in Othaya today is symptomatic of the new Republic. Young people of this country have moved on without us. We are like that spare wheel at the back of a Land Rover. Smell the coffee wazee wenzangu. We lost our deposit !
Formally handed over 1,188 case files with evidence of fraud in health facilities to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) following a forensic review and digital audit by the Ministry of Health.
Already, 1,300 facilities have been shut down for schemes such as falsifying records, inflating claims, converting outpatient cases into inpatient and billing for services never rendered.
To protect public funds, we have established a joint multi-agency team comprising the Ministry of Health, DIC, Social Health Authority (SHA), Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) and the Digital Health Authority (DHA).
No perpetrator, be it a facility, provider or patient, will escape accountability.
At a press briefing with the Police Inspector General Douglas Kanja and the Director of Criminal Investigations Amin Mohammed, I revealed our artificial intelligence–powered fraud detection system, which tracks every TaifaCare transaction in real time to stop irregular claims before payment.
I urge citizens to remain vigilant and report suspected cases to the SHA via the toll-free line 147.
I was joined by Principal Secretaries Dr Ouma Oluga (Medical Services), Ms. Mary Muthoni (Public Health and Professional Standards), Head of DCI Mohamed Ibrahim Amin, DIG Mr. Gilbert Masengeli, CEOs Dr Mercy Mwangangi (SHA), Dr David Kariuki (KMPDC) and Eng Anthony Lenaiyara (DHA) among other senior government officials.
Who wants to bet that Dr. Destroy It who morphs to Dr. Savior will come out and donate personal monies(haha) to save St.Mary’s Hospital Mumias while pledging SHISHA will send money?
RADICAL TRANSPARENCY IN ACTION
The Social Health Authority (SHA), under the stewardship of CS @HonAdenDuale, has chosen the difficult but honest path: publishing every single payment in public.
The SHA debate is not built on rumors or leaks. It is built on facts released by SHA itself, inviting every Kenyan to verify and scrutinize.
Some allegations turned out to be false. For example, Nyadiwa Level 4 Hospital was not fraudulent—it was simply an unchanged account name. Others confirmed what SHA had already done, deregister facilities for fraud
Public feedback has now triggered fresh investigations, making this a true collaboration between government and the people.
This bold approach sends one clear message, #SHAAGAINSTFRAUD #SystemYaFacts
Transparency is not weakness. It is confidence, reform, and accountability—a health system that values honesty above all.
Hospitals attempting to game the system, now have the People and SHA with its syatems, an impossible army of transparency to beat.
