@Gary161718@Jamwanda2 "You over analyse a piece of steak, you might end up Vegetarian", Gary, you're doing great, Zimbabweans including dununu Goerge appreciate you and your work. Theres slways someone who will see thones in roses. Bhora mberi. "Untamed undiscovered", so what, its still our Binga
Principles of work in Zimbabwe 🔥
1. Always bill for your work or charge for your product ALWAYS , some Zimbabweans are happy to use you for no profit to yourself and to their advantage and profit very selfish and evil it is
2. Choose contingency ( work now get paid later ) arrangements with wisdom. In my experience those usually end badly youd be lucky to get paid
3. Never pay for a product or service in advance , chances it will end in tears
4. If you are employing and you see a CV with many employers and short stints at different jobs DO NOT HIRE that person
5. Stay away from Zvigananda business it is not sustainable in the future especially if you are young. You have a whole life ahead to live
6. If you decide to be in politics never use your own money to plow into politics. It is a zero sum game
7. Never give a group of people money to curry favor 😒 they won't appreciate it , instead you breed secret resentment
8. You will soon find that a beer that costs $ 1 is more expensive than a $ 5 beer. Where you hang around is important. Network in the right places
9. Never pick up golf with the sole intention of networking. Real golfers just want to play golf not hear your pitch. Rather enjoy the game and create lasting relationships
10. Never own property. Maybe your clothes and mobile phone. Everything else must be owned by a trust
11. Stay away from slay Queens and Sugar boys ( if you are a woman ) again it is a zero sum game. It is a very expensive hobby for a few minutes of pleasure at a time. Focus on wealth building instead
12. Invest in good Medical Dr's, Lawyers , Accountants , Tax consultants. These will save you in the long run
13. Do not plow capital into your primary residence. Your house in reality is not an asset. You are unlikely to even leverage of it. Its risky
14. Cars are the hill some of us will die on , there is no wisdom in those shiny beautiful machines
15. Someone who directly threatens your source of income is an enemy and must be destroyed with no mercy
16. Always Pray 🙏🏾

You cant be a News channel and can't even write a simple accident report 😭
@chirembaPT You're just proving my point, "it was war" refered to the raids done by Lobengula where he killed & raided Shonas , even this part of oral history is not taught to average shona. My point is hate is taught, people are conditioned to hate from a young age and its wrong.
@chirembaPT The fact is Gukurahundi was an evil done by Zanu Pf not by Shonas as a population. The average shona person doesn't even know about the Lobengula raids or at least does not have any need for revenge for it, it was war
@chirembaPT I never knew tribalism growing in various parts of Zimbabwe until I went to live in Byo. Was told "why cant you speak Ndebele, we dont want Shona tenants, you guys eat rats "etc. Zimbabweans need to unlearn historic hate. We are 1 people
