SKBBK should never be compulsory. Katanya ni perlindungan 24 jam even di luar waktu kerja. Some people already ada insurance. SKBBK should be made optional. Orang gaji besar mungkin tak terasa, but for MANY- tambahan penolakan ni means A LOT.
