@XfinitySupport@kellieyraines@xfinity support, why do we need to apply to get credit for the outage disruption when you could see in our profile where we are located. Shouldn’t the credit done automatically?
@Delta our flt from IAH - SLC got delayed and when we got to on air, got diverted to DFW, agnts were did extra mile to get us pssgnrs to transfer to the next flt to SLC unfortunately the computer wldn’t allow the trnsfr. Meal voucher doesn’t even useable outside the airport.
@WestJet got my last luggage today, flying back to the US in 9hrs from now. There goes my 15 days vacation. I have to purchase all my clothes and toiletries. I hope it will not end here when I’ll send the bill for reimbursement.

@WestJet I’ve DM my ref delayed bag claim number, it has 2 claim no. 12/27 got 1 of my bags after several visits at the airport, sent a pic of the claim tags where my rsvn code is, 4 days ago.

@haileeylutz@WestJet Dec 19 YYC cancelations, got cancelled twice, no txt, no email and no call from @WestJet. I have gone to the airport in YXE several times. Dec 27, got one of my bags. I’m still missing 1 more luggage. What a great way to spend my vaccy with no clothes in hand in a -30 temp
@amanda_labatt@WestJet I’ve heard from the westjet agents, westjet is washing their hands for compensation and blaming it to the weather. But I’m still gonna file the claim for the hassles and the bad treatment, abandonment of their passengers.

@WestJet I haven’t received any news about my luggage, no call no email no messenger response and I can’t get hold any rep thru phone. It’s been 10days now after my cancelled flt from Calgary last Dec 19. Pls advice.

@_chadbutz @WestJet Same I still don’t have my luggage until now since Dec 19-20 flt cancellation in YYC. @WestJet baggage claim will not release it when I tried to retrieve it when I decided just to drive from Calgary to Saskatoon instead.

@SESilkes@WestJet@Delta call @Delta instead, you’ll get a decent person 2 talk 2 & give you better ans, esp if you bought your tickets from them. I’ve been calling @Delta with my flight changes when @WestJet cancelled (can’t get hold of their agent) me twice Dec19-20. And fixed my return flt too.
@Takeite60389443@WestJet It seems we’re on the same page. After @WestJet cancelled me twice and rebook me on another day without providing a hotel accommodation, I just decided to rent a car from Calgary to Saskatoon.
@classysardis @WestJet Good luck to that, by then they have less baggages. Or hopefully they didn’t ship it to BC. I tried to claim my luggage in Calgary before driving to Saskatoon, after the cancellation. Westjet baggage claim refuse to return it. Too much baggage to sort to locate my bags.
Day 8 Waiting for @westjet to call and updates for delayed luggage = to wait for eternity. I just went to the airport today. Found 1 luggage among unclaimed luggages (2 rooms full of it). 1 down 1 to go. If you could be proactive is better than wait for @westjet.
