วันนี้คุยกับผู้ใหญ่ท่านนึงเรื่อง Tokenization ถ้ารัฐและหน่วยงานกำกับยังไม่รู้ตัว ในระยะสั้นตลาดหุ้นเราจะพัง และในระยะยาวตลาดการเงินทั้งหมดของเราจะตามไป

ตอนนี้กระแส tokenization มาแรงมากๆ ทั้งการเอาทอง น้ำมัน หุ้น กองทุนขึ้น blockchain — ข้อดีของมันคือการที่ใครสามารถซื้อหุ้น ทอง ต่างๆ จากที่ไหนก็ได้ ผ่าน blockchain

รัฐบาลบ้านเราสนับสนุนเรื่องการเข้าถึง ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องดีมาก แต่ต้องอย่าลืมว่า มันคือการปล่อยให้เงินที่มาจากหยาดเหงื่อแรงงานในประเทศ ไหลออกไปสู่ต่างประเทศ และทำให้การเติบโต และโอกาสในเชิงธุรกิจในบ้านเราลดลง

Tokenization คือ “อาวุธ“ ของ US wallstreet ในการกินรวบทั้งโลก

เมื่อหุ้นต่างประเทศ เข้าถึงได้ง่ายมาก คนจะซื้อตรง ไม่ต้องผ่าน brokers ไทย ไม่ต้องผ่านตัวกลาง เงินจะไหลออก ตลาดหุ้นในประเทศจะแห้ง และธุรกิจที่จะเติบโตในอนาคต จะหมดโอกาส

หนักกว่านั้น เมื่อ tokenized กองทุนมา เราจะไม่จำเป็นต้องซื้อกองทุนผ่านแบงค์ไทย ��ล้วแบงค์ไทยก็เอาเงินไปซื้อต่อกับต่างประเทศ กินส่วนต่างและค่าธรรมเนียม มากกว่านั้น กำแพงของรายย่อย ในการเข้าถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินจะถูกพังทลาย

ที่เขียนมา จริงๆ เป็นเรื่องดีกับรายย่อยหมดเลย เพราะเราจะสามารถเข้าถึงพันธบัตร HSBC corp bonds ดีๆ ดอก 6-8% ได้แบบไม่ต้องเจอกำแพง

แต่ถ้ามองในมุม ”ประเทศ“ นี่คือภัยคุกคามทางการเงิน ที่อาจจะทำลายระบบการเงินของเราได้เลย โดยที��เราอาจจะไม่รู้ตัว

คำถามคือ แล้วเราควรเอายังไงต่อ?

แน่นอน คำตอบต้องไม่ใช่การ ”กีดกัน“ คนในประเทศ จาก technogy และ โอกาส แต่คงเป็นคำถามว่ารัฐบาลจะสนับสนุนในประเทศเรา ”คว้าประโยชน์“ จากเรื่องนี้ยังไง

ผมขอเสนอให้

1. สนับสนุนการทำ tokenized ทองคำในประเทศ — แต่ต้องไม่ใช่บน private chains แต่เป็นการ tokenized ทองคำ เพื่อออกไป��ายในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน มองนี่เป็น ”โอกาส“ ในการที่เราจะข้ามพรมแดน ไปดูดเงินจากประเทศอื่นๆ เหมือนกัน

2. ออก “stablecoin” โดยใช้พันธบัตรรัฐบาลเป็นตัว back — ผมเชื่อว่าพวกเราจำนวนมากถือ USDT กันอยู่โดยที่ไม่ได้ทำอะไร ในความเป็นจริง มันคือเรากำลังถือ ”หนี้สหรัฐ“ เพราะ stablecoin ถูก backed ด้วยหนี้สหรัฐ

หรือพูดอีกนัยนึงคือเรากำลังเอาเงินให้สหรัฐกู้ทางอ้อม โดยที่ไม่ได้ดอกเบี้ยด้วยซ้ำ

Stablecoin คือ ”เชื้อ“ ที่่จะทำให้เงิน แผ่ขยายออกไป และทำให้เราได้กู้เงิน “ในราคาถูก” จากคนทั่วไป โดยที่เค้าไม่ได้จะเอาเงินคืนจากเราด้วยซ้ำ

ถ้าเราออก stablecoin โดยรัฐ backed ด้วยพันธบัตรรัฐบาล เราจะเหมือนการที่เราได้เงินกู้ที่ดอกเบี้ยต่ำมากๆ ให้เงินจริงๆ ไหลเข้ามา ในขณะที่คนอื่นเอาเงินดิจิทัลไปถือแทน แล้วพัฒนาชาติ

3. ออก tokenized หุ้นกู้ และหุ้นสามัญ — เราควรเอาหุ้นกู้ หุ้นสามัญ ออกเป็น digital tokens ออกไปให้ต่างชาติที่เป็นเพื่อนบ้าน ที่เค้ามี friction ในการซื้อ ได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาลงทุนในบ้านเรา และดึงเงินเข้าประเทศ

อย่าทำครึ่งๆ กลางๆ อย่าทำ private chains อย่าไปคิดแต่ต้อง KYC อย่าไปกลัวว่าไม่รู้ว่าใครถือทองเราก็ไม่รู้ ใครถือพันธบัตรเราก็ไม่รู้ ใครถือหุ้นเราก็ไม่รู้ เค้าจะฟอกเงินไหม — ทุกวันนี้ผมถือ paxg, usdt, เล่นหุ้นที่เป็น tokens สหรัฐ��ม่เห็นสนใจเลย ว่าใครถือทอง พันธบัตร

สำคัญคือ เงินเข้าประเทศ ประเทศพัฒนา ไม่งั้นเราจะแห้ง และค่อยๆ ตาย ช้าๆ อย่างทุกลักทุเล
