@DeCareDentalIE My dentist sent a treatment plan for approval round 12th July .Treatment was for 3 fillings . Had to cancel dental appointment for 25th July as DeCare never responded . Heard that my treatment plan was rejected .

@DeCareDentalIE This makes no sense as your policy clearly states that you cover approx 70 % of the cost for fillings . I have been a customer for 3 years . My dentist has sent the exact same treatment plan for different teeth before with no issues
