@SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, thanks for getting in contact. Yes, there is a problem for everyone in our village that is on Sky broadband. From looking on Twitter the whole area is down. Do you have an ETA on when service will be resumed?
@SkyHelpTeam internet has been down since 6:30pm. Line to exchange ok (which is why your online tools report no problem) but no data traffic. Many Sky broadband customers in Burton in Lonsdale and Ingleton report the same issue at exactly the same time.
@SkyHelpTeam our internet has been down since 18:39 (Bentham Exchange, LA6). The connection from the router to the exchange is up as we are seeing UP/Down speed but we are not getting any IP from the Sky network. Can an engineer please look into the issue?
Finally gave up on @GardenTrends_UK following 9 weeks waiting! Asked for a refund more than 7 days ago - still no reply! Please confirm my refund - I have waited long enough!!
