Larry Brown, who played for Dean Smith at North Carolina and served as Smith's assistant for two years, is publicly calling for the school to retain Hubert Davis as coach. Here is Brown's official statement:

"I understand why North Carolina fans were disappointed with our loss to VCU, but people should remember that when Caleb Wilson was healthy, this team beat Ohio State, Kansas, Duke and Virginia and Kentucky on the road. If Caleb did not get injured, this team might be in the Sweet Sixteen. I believe Hubert Davis is the type of person and coach who should continue to lead our program. We have a great recruiting class on the way, and many of the current players want to stay to play for Hubert. I call on the North Carolina administration to do the right thing and allow Hubert to continue serving as coach."

@jack Dorsey responds to TEDs Chris Anderson by saying "quickness will not get the job done." Dorsey is more focused on going back to the foundation of Twitter, and making changes that are not superficial.

@jack Dorsey wanted to address questions being asked from the audience regarding violent and extremist groups. His response to how Twitter deals with this was "The majority of our work and terms of service works on conduct not content."

@jack Dorsey acknowledges that in the past, with the way Twitter works, it is easy to make harmful comments on Twitter and abuse others, but after spending time thinking about this their goal is to use more technology to "take the burden off the victim completely."
