@hottytoddystros@hashtag_quag@BlakePierce515 Exactly, and it isn’t just that we lost, but how we lost. Up 8-3 in the 5th and you just get dog-walked after that. Let them score 7 runs in 2 innings and absolutely no fight after that
@Jamoney8874@Swayze_CrazyBSB What was the strike even called for? Vandy’s pitcher keeps quick pitching. Federico wasn’t even in the box yet for the first pitch of the inning
@Freshwater_69 It’s an epidemic among Louisiana natives who still cheer for LSU and Tennessee natives who cheer for UT. If you want to be a fan of those teams, go there. When you attend a school, you cheer for that school. I will not compromise on this
@jhy6msu@reed_green7 Teams don’t play the same cross-division teams. Especially at that time when there were only 6 in each, you played 5 division games and 3 cross-division.
@jhy6msu@reed_green7 The Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) was one of the 3 major polls in the poll era (along with the UPI and AP). Ole Miss won the Grantland Rice Trophy in 1960 for winning that poll. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it not true
@jhy6msu@reed_green7 Are you saying that it’s impossible to share a title? Ole Miss and LSU both went 7-1 in the SEC in 2003. They were officially co-champs. LSU went to Atlanta because they won the head to head matchup. Conferences and divisions have co-champs all the time
