Currently running three small projects.
One does €2k/mo on autopilot.
One does €400/mo and growing.
One does €0 and I built it last week.
That third one is the most fun.
The same month, I posted a half-baked idea I'd written in 10 minutes.
That idea did €2,200 in its first 30 days.
Solo work is humbling. The market doesn't care about your effort.
Only your timing.
Built a project this spring that I was sure would be a hit.
Spent 6 weeks on it.
Beautiful design. Smart positioning. Real problem solved.
Launched it.
Made €0 in the first week. €0 in the second. €0 in the third.
Quietly killed it.
Looking to swap shoutouts with another solo builder in the AI/automation space.
I post 4x/day. ~mid-engagement account, growing fast.

What was your first paying customer's name?
(If you remember — and you should.)
Mine was Daniel. He paid €9 for something I'd been giving away for free.
A lesson from my first failed digital product:
Nobody buys a course from someone with no audience.
Build the audience. Then the product. Always in that order.
A buyer emailed me last week to say my €9 product changed how they post on X.
Same week, a different buyer asked for a refund because it was "too short."
Same product. Same price.
You can't optimise for both.
First product I ever shipped did €87 in its first 30 days.
I posted about it. Got my first 200 followers.
Three years later that same audience has paid me over €40k across 4 products.
Distribution > everything.
How I batch a week of content in 90 minutes:
1. 10 minutes — review last week's wins
2. 30 minutes — write 20 hooks
3. 40 minutes — expand the best 7-8 into posts
4. 10 minutes — drop them in the sheet
That's the entire process.
