Everyone's debating whether AI will replace people. Wrong question.
The real one: cost of ownership. The AI that makes us productive becomes a commodity — thin margins, like electricity, water, gas.
Don't ask if it works. Ask if you can afford to own it.
AI models matter, but the real value is increasingly in the system around them: the workflow, the data, the context, and the reliability. For everyday AI, the winner may not be the flashiest model. It may be the best-designed system.
My daughter used AI to study for chemistry, not to cheat.
She had a 50-problem review packet with answers but no explanations. Claude turned it into a step-by-step study guide, then a second agent verified every answer and caught mistakes.
That is AI in education done right.
Most people worry AI will replace their business processes. I think it will expose whether they had one. AI has a way of finding where the “process” was really tribal knowledge, heroics, and hope. That’s good news. Once you can see the gap, you can fix it.
I named my AI assistant Donna. She watches email, helps with my calendar, and keeps me honest on personal projects. Some people call that creepy. I think it’s the obvious next step: AI that helps us operate better, not just answer questions. What would you trust it with first?
Quality engineer's lens — I ship tens of billions of semiconductor parts a year. A second set of eyes catches what humans miss when they're tired, distracted, or rushed at 5am on Mother's Day. The loudest AI isn't the one that matters.
Mother's Day, 5am. An AI accused me of shoplifting at self-checkout.
Turned out it had spotted my already-paid-for Starbucks cup in the cart and called it unscanned.
It wasn't trying to catch me. It was trying to double-check me.
That's the AI that wins.
Love the way this exciting AHS 2028 stays through this pitch to get it to the gap. Been following him since he was 2 years old. It's BASEBALL TIME IN TEXAS baby.
Every bit helps, and your donation or even just sharing this link would make a huge difference for David and his family. Thanks so much for anything you can do! 📷.

Hey there! I’m sharing a GoFundMe for Coach David Hart, who’s recovering from a rare and serious cerebellum stroke. As you can imagine, the medical bills are piling up.
"Coach Hart," has spent years pouring his heart into our community, helping young athletes achieve their dreams. Now the family could really use some support.
