@reliancejio@JioCare I’ve been chasing the Jio team for the last 2 weeks for connections and then for refund, still getting the auto bots reply. 2 days before was gold resolution in 48hrs, now again a new timeline. Is there going to be resolution ever?!
@JioCare How many more days? I was supposed to get resolution by 27th as per service request SR00002ZZNYX but no resolution. Is Jio that cheap that it can’t pay the customers amount back? @reliancejio@reliancegroup is this how you want to become a large group?
Also how do I contact! Whenever I call the customer care I just get told that from the bot that service request is registered and the call disconnects. How does a person resolve

@reliancejio@JioCare It’s been more than 3 days since I paid for JioAirFiber, no one has contacted me for installation. Need to get the installation done today.
@JioCare@reliancegroup@JioCare please raise a service request to refund the 3100rs paid for JioAirFiber and cancelling the relocation request. Made a mistake. Last Jio experience was positive not this time around.
