@NorthflankWill What are the typical response times for support tickets? We recently migrated from DO and have been waiting 36 hours for a response regarding an account upgrade. Just trying to understand what level of support responsiveness we should expect going forward.
@charlieholtz it looks like the latest update removed creating a new workspace from a linear ticket. Anyway to get that back? Tried just typing a prompt "create a new workspace from XXX-1234 ticket" and it can't figure out how to do it.
@Rarebarracuda I have pain in the lower left side of my back. Only mild nagging pain when sitting/laying on it, or doing heavy leg workout. Done PT, cortisone shot (helped for few months) and nothing has helped. MRI showed nothing. Doctor says not sciatica since pain doesnโt go down my leg.

I doubt Poly is going to add AI, I inquired about it a long time ago...they haven't added features in years.
@ssimonvii@Superhuman@diaper@TyOlatoye@Polymail I've been using spark mail the last 36 hours (been using poly since the very beginning). You can customize the layout to look almost like Polymail. Only thing that is missing are read receipts, but otherwise it's getting the job done during this outage.

@prdonahue This is super cool, and we enabled it and instantly started blocking thousands of bots that attack our service. However, we had to disable it because there is no way to whitelist IPS or AS nums, all of our Facebook webhooks immediately started returning 403s.
