I’m all for taxing landlords a hell of a lot more, 99.9% of them are scumbags but even that .1% of ‘the good ones’ will hike rents to ‘cover their losses’. It’s an idea, but it’s a bloody bad one. Shelve it ASAP and find a better way to recover tax income from the parasites.

@danni_ox_ Majority are very good and will go out of their way to help. 12 months tends to be industry standard, but don’t be scared to ask the question of how they will resolve issues if weather stops play etc. Anywhere worth its salt would rather visitors play the best conditions 😎

@danni_ox_ Okey dokey…Depending on what budget is, Heswall is a cracker. It is pricey, but is stunning. If it’s a day out with a round of golf and food afterwards experience, Carden Park or Portal in Cheshire are great options.
