We are tired of this drama by the Judiciary now.
If it's being misused then why not the Judiciary is taking steps to stop its misuse?
If it's being misused then why Judiciary dismissed so many PIL filed against the misuse of IPC 498a even without hearing?
The truth is that the Supreme Court is biased. They give Judgements and make remarks as per the face value of the lawyers who represent parties.

Our team went to Sirsa Village in Greater Noida to meet the neighbours and villagers of Vipin Bhati to find out the exact timeline of incidents in the #NikitaBhati death case.
We also visited the crime scene and the place where Police conducted the fake encounter. Relatives and neighbours of Vipin Bhati do not have any faith in Police investigation and in the interest of justice this case needs to be transferred to the CBI for fair investigation.

Meet Kailash Goenka, Chairman of Sankalp Group and the MD of Hotel Ramada By Wyndham Ahmedabad. He is accused of brutally assaulting an NRI Guest staying at his hotel at 4 am today. And when the Guest went to Anand Nagar Police Station of the @AhmedabadPolice then instead of taking his complainant Police started threatening to arrest him only.
Later Police ended the matter after forcing the guest to pay a bribe of Rs.10k to the duty officer. First time we are hearing that MD of a Five Star hotel is assaulting the guest of his own Hotel. What kind of hospitality is this? Just because you know the Home Minister of the Country that does not give you the authority to assault someone.
