We are receiving reports that some Canadians are being contacted at their homes by government officials about social media posts made months or even years ago.
These reports come after the passage of Bill C-9, the Combatting Hate Act, which expands Canada's hate speech laws by creating new offences, increasing penalties, and removing certain legal safeguards that previously limited prosecutions for hate-related expression.
If government officials contact you about your online posts, consider recording the interaction. If you believe your rights have been infringed or that you have been unfairly targeted, we encourage you to submit a case application through the Justice Centre's online portal here: https://t.co/s2YWpTJUSA
Waiting for the Liberal Whip @MarkGerretsen to apologize and correct his statements about @PierrePoilievre re Gordie Howe Bridge deal.
In his video, Gerretsen declared: “The new agreement doesn’t split revenue. It splits profits.” He accused anyone saying otherwise of misleading the public.
Now the Toronto Star reports that a senior government source has confirmed the opposite: operating costs are paid first, then the remaining net revenue is split 50/50 with the United States for 15 years. Canada uses only its half to begin recovering the $6.4 billion Canadians paid to build the bridge. Separate reporting confirms the agreement does not protect Canada’s debt-servicing costs before that split.
Gerretsen said revenue was not being split.
Net revenue is exactly what is being split.
The Americans contributed $0 to construction, yet they get half the operating surplus before Canada recovers its investment.
This was not a harmless accounting mistake. Gerretsen made a video accusing others of dishonesty while repeating the same false explanation used by the Prime Minister.
Delete the video. Apologize to Canadians. Release the agreement.
Garnet Harper, a 35-year-old father of five beautiful children, was denied a life-saving kidney transplant in Ontario, solely because he wasn’t vaccinated against COVID. 💔😔
Despite two of his brothers volunteering to donate, no doctor or hospital would perform the surgery.
Garnet tragically passed away on May 22, leaving behind his wife of 12 years and their five children.
While he was fighting for his life in the hospital, staff even asked his wife if they could harvest his organs after he died.
The system deemed him unworthy of a transplant while alive… but worthy as an organ donor once dead.
Why deny a living man a transplant because he wasn’t vaccinated… but happily harvest his organs the moment he dies?
This is heartbreaking and wrong on every level. 💔
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) has this advice on their website regarding MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying):
"When completing a medical certificate of death for a person to whom MAID has been administered:
- The illness, disease or disability leading to the request for MAID is to be recorded as the cause of death.
- The certificate cannot include any reference to MAID or the medications administered."
They are literally instructing doctors to omit MAID from death certificates.
The cover-up continues.
Successive governments have promised to fix Canada’s failing access-to-information law. But Canada’s Information Commissioner Maynard says the latest plans “lack ambition” and she worries about further secrecy. She joins my Law Bytes podcast to discuss.

I am a lifelong Democrat. I served on President Clinton’s National Security Council and in the State Department under Madeleine Albright. I am also a lifelong human rights and civil rights advocate.
But every Democrat and every American should recognize that the DSA represents a fundamental threat to our party and our country.
This is not a story about a few idealists seeking to reduce healthcare costs. It is about a small group of radical extremists pursuing a strategy to take over the Democratic Party and ultimately our country in order to impose an agenda that would devastate our economy and fundamentally dismantle our system of government.
Don’t take my word for it. Listen to the full conversation between Fox News’ Martha MacCallum and New York City DSA co-chair Gustavo Gordillo and judge for yourself.
🇨🇦 The Liberals found $26B for Ukraine.
$3.2B for condo developers.
Can’t find enough water bombers while Canadian towns burn to the ground.
This isn’t a money problem.
It’s a priority problem.
Canada first should not be a controversial concept.
In Ottawa it apparently is.
Is the government’s planned social media ban constitutional? Given that its implementation plans will require millions to age verify before any privacy safeguards or exemptions are established, I make the case that a court will grant a stay blocking it.

In her last ever live interview, just four hours before she was murdered, Ann Widdecombe warned of a hidden "establishment" operating behind the scenes of UK politics.
Some people—including former UK PM Liz Truss—have referred to this hidden establishment as the "deep state".
"I didn't always believe in that theory, but I do think now that different parts of the establishment act in ways which I think are extremely questionable."
Doug Ford needs to get behind this!!
Right now!
The Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights just dropped a first-of-its-kind class action lawsuit against the federal government on behalf of affected residents in Saskatchewan.
And they’re making it crystal clear: if Alberta or Ontario steps up and passes similar legislation to protect law-abiding gun owners, CCFR will be there to represent those residents too.
This isn’t some fringe group whining. This is a serious legal action calling out 11 years of cynical, vindictive, politically motivated gun policies that ignored real crime and violence while punishing legal owners.
Meanwhile, billions wasted on virtue-signalling garbage that did nothing for public safety.
Doug, you’re the Premier of Ontario. You’ve got skin in the game here. Stop playing it safe. Stop pretending Ottawa’s overreach doesn’t affect your province.
Get behind this fight. Back the provinces that are actually standing up. Protect the law-abiding people in Ontario who are sick of being treated like criminals by a government that can’t even secure the border or deal with real crime.
Saskatchewan is leading. Alberta is watching.
What’s Ontario going to do?

This is pretty much exactly how every government-run system ends up. That's why those on the left should not be asking the government for more programs and more laws. More help.
If the government is involved, stay away.
If the government says they'll help, they won't.
If the government says it's free, it isn't
If the government says it's safe, it's not.
Carney doesn’t like tough questions, ESPECIALLY from Women!
Watch this exchange on CTV’s Power Play. Vassy Kapelos points out the obvious — that a lot of the “fresh faces” in his cabinet are actually the same people who were at the forefront of Trudeau’s failures.
François-Philippe Champagne, Dominic LeBlanc, Mélanie Joly… these aren’t new. These are the exact people who helped drive the last 11 years of decline.
Carney’s response? He gets defensive, dodges, and tries to pivot to “I’m the new Prime Minister” and “I’m going to results.”
Canadians didn’t vote for continuity. They voted for change.
Instead, we got the same recycled cabinet, the same failed policies, and a Prime Minister who clearly doesn’t enjoy being challenged on it.
This is what “change” looks like under Mark Carney.
Same swamp. Different suit.

Stephen Harper just laid it out at CPAC.
He reminded everyone what actually works:
- Shifted the justice system from coddling criminals to protecting victims. Violent crime dropped nearly 30%.
- Stopped targeting law-abiding gun owners and went after actual gun criminals instead.
- Rejected carbon taxes that punish Canadians and businesses.
- Fixed immigration to focus on economic needs and phased out the exploitive low-skilled TFW abuse.
- Cut taxes across the board (corporate, small business, personal, GST from 7% to 5%) while still investing in healthcare, education and infrastructure — and left the country with a balanced budget.
- Survived the worst global financial crisis in a century and came out stronger, creating 1.5 million jobs.
- Invested in real military capability instead of virtue signalling.
- Flew the Canadian flag at full mast and actually delivered national unity by getting things built.
And he said it plain: We are living in an **age of nationalism**.
Every other country is putting itself first. Canada has more reason than most to do the same — secure borders, energy superpower status, pipelines to tidewater right now, not “someday,” and stop letting federal policy block projects that benefit the entire country.
Meanwhile the current crew has spent 11 years doing the exact opposite: targeting legal gun owners, exploding crime in places like Brampton and Toronto, hammering Canadians with carbon taxes, flooding the system with low-skilled TFWs while youth unemployment skyrockets, and running deficits that would make the 2008 crisis look tame.
Harper governed with results.
They govern with slogans, virtue, and managed decline.
The contrast couldn’t be clearer.
We don’t need more lectures about “elbows up” or globalist fantasies.
We need what Harper proved works: put Canada first, protect citizens, grow the economy, and stop apologizing for being a nation that wants to win.
Age of nationalism isn’t coming.
It’s here.
The only question is whether Canada finally joins it — or keeps pretending the last decade was normal.

UK police apparently don’t want anyone talking about this man who was attacked by a muslim migrant gang
They told him not to talk about it
So definitely don’t talk about it or share… that would be really bad…
Canada Post handed out $30.8 million in bonuses to its executives and managers last year.
That same year, Canada Post took a $1 billion taxpayer-funded bailout and lost almost $1.6 billion.
What is going on here? This is getting so gross.
End these bonuses NOW.
YOU GO @BenMulroney !!
This is exactly why trust in Canadian media is in the toilet.
A group of young men in Victoria, BC, harass women enjoying a sunset near Beacon Hill Park. One pulls a machete. People get seriously injured. Straight-up life-threatening violence.
CBC in BC? Crickets. Zero coverage.
But a white guy having a meltdown with racist comments at a Costco in Halifax? Wall-to-wall coverage.
The priorities are completely backwards. Media obsessed with narrative over public safety. They’ll bend over backwards to avoid certain stories while amplifying others that fit the script.
After years of this selective reporting, Canadians aren’t stupid. We see the pattern: downplay the violence, protect the narrative, and pretend everything is fine.
Real journalism would report the facts without fear or favour. Instead we get this.
Media like this cannot be trusted. Period.
