No dark matter. Good news for those of us who don't believe in it. I never liked the concept as an explanation of "the accelerating expansion of the universe." Cosmological models confuse time and space. Red shift is misinterpreted.
Saw this headline and wondered how it could be 33B light years away if the universe is <14B years old. No problem. Space is expanding faster than the speed of light.

2. That 33B distance is where they say that galaxy is now, and it was 13B ly when the light we see now left it. The additional distance is predicted based on the expansion of the universe.
Light traveling for 13B years, how far away was it then, when the universe was smaller?
