Hair growth is about more than just blocking DHT.

Adenosine is particularly interesting because of its effects on VEGF signalling, which plays a role in supporting hair follicles

Many continue to experience the positive outcome of this purposefully designed product & it's
definitely worth looking into if you're serious about your hair-care routine.

[MORE.HAIR @MoreDotHair]

Do you want More Hair?

Then you need to increase blood flow to your scalp and follicles.

Blood supply depends on blood vessels to carry it into your follicles, the MAIN protein responsible for producing new blood vessels is VEGF.

It sends the signal to generate more blood vessles.

VEGF therapy shown to be very effective for keeping follicle in anagen longer and improving hair thickness.

This is because the more blood your follicle get, the more nutrients they get, When the follicle is under-fed it stops growing.

Adenosine can triple VEFG, that's probably the main mechanism for how it helps with hair growth.

Your muscles aren't particularly interested in your perfectly optimized training schedule

Consistent training remains considerably more important than obsessing over the clock.

- 2026 randomized trial investigated whether older adults gained more strength and muscle by training at their individual peak performance time

After 12 weeks, researchers found no clear advantage over training at their lower-performance time

Study; https://t.co/azcTFPZto3

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

Your skincare routine could include a gym membership......

A 16-week study compared resistance training with aerobic exercise in sedentary, middle-aged Japanese women

both groups showed improvements in skin elasticity and the structure of the upper dermis - the supportive layer beneath the skin’s surface.

Researchers also tested participants blood plasma on cultured skin cells -

after training it increased the expression of genes involved in building the skin’s extracellular matrix, including certain collagens.

A useful reminder that exercise & its benefits extend well beyond muscle and cardiovascular health.

“The modern man wants to sleep. He lives in sleep, he marries in sleep, he breeds children in sleep, he dies in sleep... To awake, the first thing is to realize that one is asleep.” - G.I. Gurdjieff

I've recently met an old friend of mine whom I haven't spoken to in about a decade - which reminded me of the above quote.

The first thing he mentioned was;
"How do you look so great and sound this intellectual, I don't remember you like this..?"

Then I shared my basic routine with him, the amount of work & research put into my current form - and I was given questionable looks followed by a;

"Oh you're crazy...taking all these supplements and missing out on all the fun in life..." (referring to slop foods, alcohol etc.)

He was a maniac at basketball back in the day.
Same dude now overweight, married at a young age and visibly unhappy, perhaps depressed.
No meaningful social life or even hobbies - he stopped playing ball when he got married.

It saddens me slightly, constantly coming across such huge & lengthy bridges built up overtime between myself and the normies.

Brainwashing is truly one hell of a devilish act & perhaps even one letting themselves get swallowed by it all.

Stay hydrated!

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

@lakemandude This is incredibly relatable haha

I used to love a cold beer on a hot day - but now can't even fathom the thought of buying beer & enjoying it the same way.

Reta was a major contributor to be honest

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

@theriac33 Facts brother.

Sprinkle a bit of selegiline on top and you're laughing through the sales calls.

“A clouded mind shall never seek the sunshine, as the obstacles found in its way were invented by the mind itself.”

There are SO MANY similar experiences I could write about from an old “master” of mine who’s traveled through India, Brazil (list goes on and on) to find meaningful awakenings or perhaps enlightenment from various psychedelics.

One instance where they have been given the same substance (will not name due to ban risk) within a group of 4 - only for 2 of them to make it out alive.

That’s when he stopped.

I don’t think anyone would go that far.

Crazy man in the eyes of many, a fucking G in mine.

As for the rest of us peeps- stay away from that shit - I promise you; you won’t like what’s in the other dimensions.

Your mind is simply not ready for it.

Stay hydrated!

https://t.co/8Xz4qmDbCz - to find Tazarotene & other goodies for anti-aging & top notch skincare.

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

Tazarotene is one of the more interesting retinoids in dermatology

In a randomized clinical trial, 67% of participants using tazarotene 0.1% achieved at least 50% overall improvement in facial photodamage after 24 weeks

Researchers mainly documented improvements in fine wrinkles, pigmentation and skin texture

Decades of actual human clinical research behind this one, with only positive outcomes.

If you struggle with;

Mottled hyperpigmentation, lentigines, irregular depigmentation, tactile roughness, coarse wrinkling, telangiectasia, pore size, elastosis, actinic keratoses

You've got to give this baby a go.

One of the most interesting developments in sleep medicine is targeting the brain's wakefulness system

Lemborexant blocks both orexin receptors
- OX1R & OX2R
= reducing the signaling that keeps us awake.

In a randomized trial involving 1,006 adults with insomnia, it significantly improved sleep onset and maintenance, including roughly 24–25 fewer minutes awake during the night compared with placebo

While I highly recommend lemborexant, I always highlight the fact of a smaller dose usage initially - instead of a full 10mg, try and experiment with 2.5mg first.

It still knocks me out sufficiently when my brain won't stop coming up with world changing ideas at night.

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

To this day one of the divine products I stumbled upon & use daily.

I eat a decent amount of spicy foods - capsaicin is known to increase stomach acid & cause digestive disruptions for some people - and since I use vitamin E complete I literally have no digestive problems.

NOTHING. AT. ALL.

Slop foods you are no match to us
vit E users.

No more “oh crap gotta Speedy Gonzales to the toilet”

[skin.food @skindotfood]

The connection between vitamin E and gut inflammation is real.

the COX enzyme is a nasty modulator of gut inflammation.

vitamin E is a very potent COX-2 inhibitor(more than aspirin).

that's why many people combine them both
aspirin is very potent inhibitor of COX-1.

Together they completely take care of the COX issue and lower gut inflammation.

[MB22 @MasterBuild22]

It does exactly what it’s being advertised for…

& MORE.

You absolutely can’t go wrong with either 2.5mg or 5mg for longevity.

I don’t take it daily rather every few days and I have personally upped the dose to 10mg. However many people take it daily or every 2 days with the recommended lower dose.

For how extremely cheap it is considering all benefits - it might just be one of the “man’s best friend” stamped goodies.

Good luck on your journey Dan!
