@Priyansh_61 The issue with ECN is that we have to wait for the packet to complete a whole round trip until we come to know of the congestion. Ip messages are better but we can't use them. And once the congestion comes to the knowledge of the source then the Neagle's algorithm kicks in.

@Priyansh_61 This is an approach to maintain congestion control but there is another better way to combat this. The ip itself gives us a response to let us know that the packets are getting dropped. But it is not widely used as ip messages are blocked on many routers.

@Priyansh_61 The 6 connections are to a specific host. You can make more connections to a different host. Also http2 solves this by using streams where multiple http requests can be multiplexed over a single TCP connection.
