It is my pleasure to announce that we have officially commissioned the landmark Nnenna Oti Bus Terminal in Umuahia, and it is now ready for public use. The project is a multimodal transport hub designed to accommodate more than 340 buses at once, powered by sustainable infrastructure and connected to our growing network of electric buses.

The facility is named in honour of Prof. Nnenna Nnennaya‑Oti, the courageous INEC Returning Officer in the 2023 governorship election, whose integrity and patriotism remind us that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results by simply standing for the truth.

Her name on this terminal is not just about one person, but a tribute to all electoral officials, security operatives, party agents, and citizens who resisted intimidation and defended democracy.

With 20 electric buses already in operation and more on the way in the coming weeks, the project signals our bold vision for a modern, safe, and sustainable transport system in Abia. The facility is also supported with independent power and water systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

In my address titled “Raising the Bar”, I stated unequivocally that we have moved beyond the era of small ambitions. We refuse to be boxed into margins that underestimate our strength. This principle underpins all our undertakings.

I extend special commendation to the contractors, Planet Projects Limited, for a job well done in delivering this landmark facility. I also appreciate the dedication of the Commissioner for Transport, Dr. Chimezie Ukaegbu, the SSA Transport, Dr. Obioma Nwaogbe, and their team for the critical role they played in bringing this vision to reality.

I call on all residents and members of the host community to take ownership of this facility, to maintain a clean environment, and to guard against vandalism. This terminal belongs to you, and its success depends on your care. I also urge all Abians to pay their taxes regularly. Development cannot be sustained without collective responsibility, and every naira contributed helps us deliver the future our people deserve.

My forex fun-fact:
Forex humbled me for some time I was literally reduced to a beggar after the death of my daughter, I lost everything and became customer to loan companies, using my cars as collateral to get money and I was left with no car at all at some point, I was using public transport coded lol, many that are close to me knows this, I was always invited from one police station to the other, this court to that court, I became the shadow of my self, but one thing remain with me which is courage, confidence at the face of chaos … I face betrayals from those that I never expected..

I was loosing serially, infact most times I will borow money and fund before I say jack I already has lost the money, it was not easy at all, in-fact some times I have to call some trader to pls help find me something to buy litle food stuffs in my house due to the fact that I have nothing in the house, all the pos in my area I was owing them in millions, because it took them long time to understood that I was broke. The market shows me no mercy, I even aproach two traders to even buy off my academy just this last month so that I may atleast start again yes, sometimes I will be afraid to even post on my pages just because I don’t know who I am owing that may comment to insult me but many of them are calm with me , may be due to the fact that they know that I am straight forward, asssshh! I was humbled but I maintain steez … infact some big trader will come to Abuja and called me but I will tell them I am not in town just because I don’t even have a car to go see them, because how will I be explaining…it’s a long story that I want to cut short … a lot happen … on the 16th of April 2026 of last month I was resting in my house and upto 9 police or so armed police men enter my house, surrounded it and took me away with a car that has no plate number, they never told my family where they were taking me to it was like a movie and I had nothing on me.. in my account or at hand, I followed them and I was locked up in a cell where I can only sit or stand, it was like a dog house size, I can’t even stretch my legs it is not more than 2 square meters and some times we will be upto 5 inside so no can stretched legs , him it is well ..
No body believed that I have no money, I was bankrupt it was in that cell I felt disappointed and I keep telling my family bothe my wife and my sister that was present that I am still the lion and I told them I k ow my self because I know it very well that when ever pressure was much on me like this I know that my break point is close
I will not be able to say some things but I will thank some set of traders specially without saying much

Roar … when you see that some people that are with you before the down time are no longer wanting to pick your calls know that it is time to pick up your call by your self …. Even at your peak there is always a down time and as a trader know that your life is represented in a chart where you have the highs and the lows .. suport and resistance …. Down market will not continue forever and bullish market will hit a resistanc one day but nothing is permanent in life … stay alive to trade, if I can do it you can 💪🏽

I know you're wondering why Fiorentina terminated Tariq Lamptey's contract, just read this and you'll understand

Lamptey was a Chelsea academy product who announced himself to the world with an unreal debut against Arsenal in 2019. At 18, people genuinely thought he was the next big thing.

Brighton paid Chelsea for him a month later. He had good spells there but kept getting hit by injuries that were completely out of his control — the kind that just happen to footballers at the worst times.

Last summer, Fiorentina paid €6 million and handed him a long-term contract. New league, fresh chapter, real chance to rebuild.

It never got started.

He came off the bench vs Napoli — 4 minutes. Then started vs Como — ruptured his ACL after 21 minutes and was stretchered off.

25 total minutes across TWO appearances. He didn't play another single minute for the rest of the season.

Fiorentina were reportedly paying him €44,000 a week with no return date in sight. That's over €1M in wages for a player who through absolutely no fault of his own, couldn't stay fit.

So they pulled the plug.

25 years old. €6M wasted. A career that deserved so much more.

Mortality rate: 40%. For context: COVID was 1%.

The good news: Hantavirus does not spread between humans.
The bad news: 40% of those infected don't survive.
