@kingvanenf13403 @NASAEarth @Astro_Christina Spheres can do some weird things with perspective and zoom. You can see it with a globe and your phone. Just move your phone and adjust the zoom and you can see one land mass appear to grow and shrink.

If a penalty puts the kickoff at the 50 instead, a kickoff out of bounds is spotted at the receiving team's 25. That's the trick.

An executive order defines how the executive branch conducts itself, but it is not federal law. Only Congress can make laws.
