@Darren_Mooney You lose something formally with tv but you gain something in narrative possibility. Deep Space Nine or The X-Files as a film would have to commit to a single iteration of the concept, with television you have the opportunity to explore more.

@Darren_Mooney Not about Nolan specifically but I really think Laurence Fishburne delivers a world-class comedic performance in Batman v Superman. He's funnier in that movie than "he's right behind me, isn't he?" has ever been.
