@British_Airways I would like to cancel my reservation with British Airlines for a full cash refund as I am within the 24 hour cooling period (ending in about 3 hours), but @expediacan #expediaforTD is denying the same… can you help sort this out with Expedia for me? Please pm me for details!
@expediacan #expediaforTD Most pathetic customer service ever, stay away! Called to cancel flight within 24 hr of Bkng; you say you follow airline policies & airline confirmed to me I am eligible for full refund but it needs to be issued by expedia; yet you give me a runaround!
@BritishAir_Help already spoke to ur agent wherein I was told booking was eligible for refund during cooling off period - but you cannot process the refund because booking was done through Expedia & they need to process it. Hoping you can help sort this out with @expediacan
@expediacan agents seem to be incompetent and ignoring the urgency; told them that I don’t want to be in a position where 24 hour cooling off window expires by the time their supervisors reach out to me to discuss, yet all they say they will call me within 24-72 hours! Pathetic!!
@TD_Canada hoping you can help as well by not letting @expediacan #expediaforTD get away with this scam, else it reflects badly on you as well, given your tie up with them for First Class Visa Infinite card!
@WalmartCanada your website is updated this late that Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) Kits are available in-store without any minimum purchases/online orders, but your in-store policy doesn’t honor that? I actually even made a purchase! #PoorCustomerExperience@fordnation#RapidAntigen
After all since @TD_Canada is in the picture, I am still hopeful of a favorable outcome… else fairly close to giving up all usage and travel bookings via #Expedia and #ExpediaforTD!
@Expedia Worst possible customer service. No respect for customer’s time and full of lies - some examples: we value your time, we follow the policies of our partners, etc., your issue has been escalated and supervisor will call you back within 24 hours #AirTransat#ExpediaforTD
I doubt it! #Expedia#ExpediaforTD@TD_Canada just provide legitimate credits for the trip, or provide a full refund if that’s too challenging. Keep in mind lots of folk revisiting travel because of the federal advisories and not because of something else…
Moreover #Expedia says no fees for rebooking, but asks me to pay more on an already premium price to change travel dates to those which actually have a lower fare than what I paid in the first place, for the same sector, when searched separately. Can it get more shady than this?
Except that it’s not… because he never called back like he said within 7-10 days basically in early Jan. Every time I follow up, I am lied to that my time is valuable, and supervisor will call me within 24 hours… it’s been 5 weeks like this and still waiting!
#ExpediaforTD supervisor Marshall seemed to be the only professional guy who seemed to understand my situation and said he will listen to call recordings and if I have been told that, then ExpediaforTD will honor that even if it goes beyond airline policy… sounds amazing, right?
Moreover different #ExpediaforTD agents provide different information… including one that said the same thing regarding travel credits as Air Transat website, only to be dishonored by later reps/supervisors
#Expedia and #ExpediaforTD say they follow the policy of their partners… so then why don’t you honor that, instead of calling it false/marketing material
#AirTransat website clearly says for trips booked before Dec 15th traveling after that date are eligible for full credits that never expire and can be used over multiple trips
