Right-hander Chase Burns and the Cincinnati Reds are in agreement on a seven-year, $105 million contract, sources tell ESPN. Burns, 23, was an All-Star this season and one of the best young pitchers in baseball. No club options. A straight deal that will run through 2033.
“So you paid for a subscription to watch Reds baseball this year?”
“That’s right.”
“And the team has been terrible your entire life?”
“That’s correct Dave”
“And you thought that this year would be different?”
“Yes”
“Are the games at least fun to watch?”
“No”
“Is the broadcast at least enjoyable?”
“No Dave”
@Roa5tJ@Afc_javies We try. he literally can’t trap the ball, pass the ball, or dribble. You literally have to give it to him in the perfect spot for him to get his shot off… he provides nothing in the build up
@WhiteDonCheadle@SteveLovesAmmo I mean you can’t fly on a plane, drive a car, or buy alcohol with an expired id. I don’t understand what you think makes it so difficult to get a new one. It’s not like you wake up one day and it’s just magically expired. The expiration date is on the thing
@YourFavWhiteMex@President_Bass2@IcyVert Kobe also played in the biggest market in basketball….. you think if he went to a charlotte or Cleveland he would’ve stayed his whole career?
@prosperiasam @AFTVMedia We signed him to score goals. He doesn’t score goals, can’t link up play, can’t pass, can’t dribble and isn’t quick. What exactly does he do well? The same people who hated havertz for not scoring goals love gok for doing what exactly?
@prosperiasam @AFTVMedia Didn’t people say havertz wasn’t good for not scoring enough goals? He does way more than Gyokeres with the ball and without the ball. Gyokeres is just not very good
