And no, it would be a reason to tighten up person control. Drugs were a culture problem in the hippie movement, and look how good the war on drugs went. Drugs won.

In recent American history, you could order guns right to your door, no background check, waiting periods, etc. There were almost no crimes like today. It’s never been a gun problem, it’s always been a culture problem

Most “mass shootings” are gang related. So there is no point playing that card either.
