Passengers from **Balasore, Odisha** don't even have a direct train to Mumbai. We are forced to travel an additional **3–4 hours** to either **Kharagpur** or **Bhubaneswar** just to board a train.

In response to a request for a dedicated train service to north Odisha, MR @AshwiniVaishnaw promised that soon north Odisha will also get a dedicated train just like south and western Odisha.
We had long ago raised the demand for a Mumbai bound train from Baleshwar area.

Till now Baleshwar has not got the recognition of junction.there is no direct train for Mumbai.Ranital to Jaleswar will have to be included in the East Coast Railway Division.Balasore should be given the status of a division
