I find it highly insulting that not only have @qatarairways lost my bag, personnel contents and failed to help, communicate or support during this 7week period they have offered me 12% of the overall cost / expense of my missing items due to there negligence #Disguisted
@qatarairways As mentioned numerous times i don't get a response from any communication I send.. also as mentioned I was informed by Doha baggage services the last day was last week
These responses and messages just sum up @qatarairways and there abysmal customer care. IF POSSIBLE AVOID QA..
I was told 10 days ago my 2nd phase of tracing would be completed 8th Feb by @qatarairways after abither £1100 forked out for a flight still no clarity and Mr Ramil 130855 finds it funny
@MAeyres28321 @qatarairways Please catch up the claim and case been open since 9th Jan .. silly response I would expect from Qatar Airways... sums my whole ordeal up to be honest
38 days later and still no any clarity from my missing bag from @qatarairways
Although I have today paid £1100 to fly from the UK for clarity as no one ever replies to any my emails, live chat, what's app , phone calls absolutely shocking customer care. I'm glad Mr Asad (37902)
@qatarairways I was informed 10 days ago that the 2nd and last phase would be completed last Thursday after the 21 days of the 2nd phase. However as you have stated again @qatarairways changing there minds again and saying its still ongoing, which cost me another £1100!!!! Total shambles...
@qatarairways As mentioned on my post no one ever returns any my emails , messages hence why I felt the need to fly from Glasgow to Doha. Which cost £1100 another wasted trip and money. Absoulte joke of a company and non existent customer care...
