Hard work doesn’t pay and the UK has some of the highest taxes.
I don’t mind paying tax, but only if we see a return… which we don’t. NHS for example

Hopefully he is traced and dealt with, but equally you are responsible for throwing a bike towards a vehicle

The driver has failed to follow road instructions, which I think should have been noted and recorded and reported if you have concern.
To attempt to play at traffic management when you have no authority is a dangerous.
