Most insurance sites are a form and a phone number. I built mine as an estate you can walk through. 🦁🔥
Walk past the gate guards, explore the rooms, and book your coverage review in under a minute.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance released on PS2 20 years ago today.
You could put Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, and Captain America on the same team, each with their own abilities and costumes.
Getting to play with so many Marvel characters in one game was peak back in 2006.
i met the oldest person in the world today.
here’s what he told me about how to live
a long, healthy life (tldr at the end):
josé flores was born on July 11, 1907, he is 119 years old.
“what's the secret to living 119 years?”, i asked him…
“trabajo!” (work)
up until a few years ago, José was still on his farm, planting crops and chopping brush with a machete.
in Japan, they call this Ikigai (生き甲斐), a word meaning “a reason for being.” It is well known to be associated with longevity across many cultures. (pmid 19539820)
his lifestyle defies most mainstream longevity ideas...
-he doesn't fear the sun. He works in it daily.
-he eats meat every single day: beef, fish, or chicken, & organs like heart and liver. nothing from the animal is wasted.
(large population studies corroborate the strong, consistent association between animal food consumption and longevity. (pmid 35228814))
-he eats local foods & doesn’t fear natural sugars. Fruit, vegetables, milk, and honey.
-he cooks with animal fats and adds these to staples like rice and beans. lard, tallow, and butter.
he doesn’t fear saturated fat, nor do most in this nicoya region of costa rica.
-he doesn't drink coffee (!) , but he loves young coconut water & agua dulce- a juice made from sugar cane.
-he plays dominoes every day with his family and visitors to keep his mind sharp.
the formula for maxing out your genetic longevity potential doesn’t have to be complex or cost thousands of dollars:
i. eat unprocessed food.
single ingredient foods (meat, plants, with no ingredient labels) for >95% of meals.
ii. find a purpose, and work toward it daily.
iii. get outside. don't fear the sun.
moderate exposure is associated with longevity in many studies (PMID 26992108)
iv. stay close to your people.
the people you care about are critical to the formula. Protect that community.
a large study from Harvard found that meaningful community was the strongest predictor of longevity. (PMID 31495897)
v. don't take life too seriously. Laugh as much as possible.
everyone I have met in my exploration of longevity (ikaria, sardinia, nicoya, switzerland…) who was aging well had an easy sense of humor and smiled + laughed often.
tldr:
longevity doesn’t have to be as complicated as it’s made out to be.
high food quality with animal foods
moderate sunlight
movement
purpose
community
eat food for humans, live like a human, & thrive.
we all have a genetic longevity potential, this is how you maximize it.
@ChloeXChaCha Ichel's face-sheet check also sets up a fix that beats rerolling: hand Gemini the sheet plus the frame that drifted and ask it to match the face. Its edits are strong on character consistency, free plan included https://t.co/5UaK3FgzAb
@JatinChanchlan For the parallel agents Ismail mentioned, without burning the limits Jensen hits: Google Antigravity. Its desktop app runs parallel local agents, and the $0 plan gives a weekly agent quota for side work https://t.co/fuzMCYBa2j
@iamveektoria_ UGC ad means someone talking to camera, so I'd split it: HeyGen for the presenter (500+ stock ones, or an avatar of your own face and voice, 3 free watermarked tries a month), Kling for the product b-roll https://t.co/UwoHQWscb6
@gaganghotra_ cursor for #3 makes sense to me: the GA4 and Search Console scripts it writes stay in the repo to rerun next month. client wants it in a sheet instead? Rows has an AI analyst and data integrations built in https://t.co/Qg8FYvewom
@AureviaX Both tips stack: drop Reverie's canon note into a Claude Project (free plan gets up to 5) so each chat starts from it. Built in instead? Sudowrite's story bible tracks the cast and setting, $10/mo after a free trial https://t.co/FLn0HtFRWE
Makers: think your AI tool beats what's ranked? Make the case.
Wayoflife ranks 189 tools across 23 jobs, and getting reviewed is free. Send the name, URL, the job it does best and why. No ranking is for sale, so it has to earn its spot.

@cinamarina if the answer really is "all of these" like you told Dhruv, Poe is the easy way to live it: many models on one subscription, same prompt to each, keep whichever wins per task. one gotcha, the points system https://t.co/JxLf590qWB
@neilshroff irfan's route works, but you can skip the codex hop: Figma Make goes from prompt to clickable prototype right inside Figma (AI credits are limited). want it as React code instead? v0 is the pick there https://t.co/t70dqwCIpL
@AlmustyFX Coding on a private repo, now that a coding model runs on a laptop: Recursive Flint. Apache 2.0, ~2.5B active, ~22.6 GB MLX INT4 build, loads in Ollama or LM Studio. Hand it smaller tasks though https://t.co/39OwnC1Odk
@angelo_CRE Cancel-worthy. Your VA already mocked it in Claude, so rebuild in Framer: AI page generation and a CMS he can edit, no dev (custom-domain hosting is extra). GEO is separate; Writesonic tracks AI-search visibility https://t.co/gaTmlqF8Jr
@AnishJaitwar Fair pairing on ⚙️, with one catch: n8n's free run is the self-hosted kind, and setup is more technical. For non-coders I'd still pay for Make, its visual builder gets cheaper than Zapier as runs scale https://t.co/JuAOgZetox
