Hi I have been waiting for provisional licence it’s been more than 3 month. ref is 20210971731030. I was wondering how long it’s gonna take to arrive? I can’t even contact anybody through phone and web chat. Both are busy all the time. Need your assistance.

@DVLAgovuk Hi thank you very much for your reply. The status showing “transaction complete -Licence issued” it’s been two month. Unfortunately I haven’t received yet or it hasn’t delivered to my address. What can I do now? Need your advice on this.
