@umarmaggi I’m more impressed actually with their staff training. Mantap. Go to any outlet (at least the one that I’ve been) can see they’re trained well or still undergoing training and closely monitored. Ada staff yg cakap broken English with confidence yg sangat tinggi! Such aura! 💪💪♥️
