@filmstories No-one really talks about how this has happened before with the sequel to X-Men: First Class. The sequel Days of Future Past did a time-sweeping highly successful crossover with Hugh Jackman that left the overall First Class story absolutely no where to go. It stifled it.
@filmstories I know they couldn’t squeeze out another ‘baddie in London’ story but this looks… er.. action packed. Hope it hasn’t replaced the charm with cheese.
@DiscussingFilm Sort of an irony that the reaction to this post shows that while you don’t like the idea, you’ve all expressed your opinion and want it heard and acted on. Which sort of proves the studios’ point…
@Ashley_Payne95@oasis@Ticketmaster@Twickets They can’t cancel the tickets as Stubhub don’t show the seat numbers just the row. You can’t selectively cancel them if you don’t know where they are. Unfortunately.
@sxbond @Geezer_Blimey @Showmasters Hi Shelly. Great to meet you today. I’m so looking forward to reading your book. Thanks to you and Mr Bond for making the trip x
@PatMillsComics Seems mad that 48 years ago (or so) you birthed/edited/dragged that comic into existence and your final work in it is (an admittedly nice looking) hardback released without fanfare.
@filmstories I think you’re correct that this movie felt both a backlash from The Last Jedi and the first SW Disney movie not to be released at Christmas. I felt the movie dragged and might have been a better TV show. Shame as Miller & Lord we’re great at Celebration…
